Unraveling Factors Affecting Micropropagation of Four Persian Walnut Varieties

Walnuts are considered recalcitrant to tissue culture, with a great genetic determinism on all stages of micropropagation; while other factors, also impact, become more complicated the reproduction newly realized varieties. In this research, holistic approach aimed determine influence genotype and nutritive formulation throughout whole cycle micropropagation four Persian walnut varieties (Juglans regia L.) was presented. During in vitro establishment it determined that besides culture medium, effect collection season likely interaction amongst factors had successful introduction genotypes.
